Update events"Move my 3pm meeting to 4pm"
Cancel events"Cancel the team sync tomorrow"

Creating Events

Simply tell Marin what you want to schedule, and it will create the event with all the details.

Basic Event

"Create a meeting called 'Project Review' on Friday at 10am"

Event with Attendees

"Schedule a call with john@example.com and sarah@example.com for Monday at 3pm"

Event with Duration

"Block off 2 hours tomorrow morning for focused work"

Event with Location

"Schedule lunch at Mario's Restaurant on Thursday at noon"
Marin understands natural time expressions like "tomorrow," "next Tuesday," "in 2 hours," or "end of the month."

Checking Your Schedule

View Upcoming Events

"What meetings do I have today?"
"Show me my calendar for this week"
"Am I free Thursday afternoon?"

Find Availability

"When am I free to meet with someone this week?"
"What's the first available slot for a 1-hour meeting?"

Marin will scan your calendar and report back with your schedule or available times.

Updating Events

Need to reschedule? Just ask:

"Move my 2pm meeting to 3pm"
"Change the project review to next Monday"
"Add 30 minutes to my afternoon meeting"
"Change the meeting location to Conference Room B"

Adding Attendees

"Add lisa@example.com to tomorrow's team meeting"

Canceling Events

"Cancel my 4pm call"
"Remove the team sync from my calendar"
"Delete all my meetings on Friday" (Marin will ask for confirmation)
Marin will always confirm before canceling meetings with other attendees, so they get notified of the cancellation.

Smart Scheduling

Scheduling from Email Context

When someone emails you about meeting, you can tell Marin:

"Schedule a meeting with them for the time they suggested"

Marin reads the email context and creates the meeting accordingly.

Recurring Events

"Schedule a weekly team standup every Monday at 9am"
"Create a monthly review meeting on the first Friday of each month"

Integration with Zoom

If you've connected Zoom, Marin can automatically add video meeting links:

"Schedule a Zoom call with the marketing team on Wednesday"

The event will include a Zoom meeting link that attendees can use to join.

Common Use Cases

Quickly schedule calls with clients directly from email conversations.
